Preggy ppl
Ok. I have nothing against people who are pregnant. I think it's a wonderful thing. However.... juz a few hours ago... I feel like boxing one preggy lady. Why, you ask me?
Well... it started abt 2 months ago when a certain someone discovered she was pregnant. She told the entire world that she is. Ok. That's normal. Everyone's happy but this lady is too happy that she becomes irritating. Every conversation turns to her pregnancy eg... "Oh I can't attend this and this function because you know lah my condition... I might throw up bla bla bla" or out of the blue goes "Wah! I'm already 3 weeks pregnant. Which means I bunting pelamin." or "If i give birth next year, it means I'm getting the baby bonua" I mean WTH. We are not living in the ancient times when a pregnancy is a big deal. Ok it's a big deal but hello tone down will you! You wanna get cursed by ppl izzit?
Ok, all those I can just pretend that she's bring happy and I might be jealous but I'm actually not. Easy explaination rite? But a few hours ago, she came to me. (I can't escape but can only pretend to look busy) 1st she was talking about her sonogram. Ok, I can take that. Then she mentioned about a certain colleague was so excited abt her pregnancy. Ok that too, i can take. This colleague she was referring to was married to another colleague.
This preggy lady went too far by saying "Maybe he was wondering why his wife is not pregnant and me, who married later is already pregnant" I mean WTF!!!!!!! Hey man. You can be happy about your own 'accomplishment' (which to me, lying down and letting someone screw you is hardly an accomplishment), but DO NOT measure it against someone else.
She went another mile by saying that the non-preggy-yet lady reminds her of a former colleague. So I said, ok lah. Some similar work ethics. Den preggy lady said...."Well, at least so-and-so has kids... non-preggy-yet lady doesn't" Another WTFFFFFF!!!!! What's dat supposed to mean?
Well... thanks for spoiling my day by saying that you.... for your 'accomplishment', is a much better person than people who have yet to 'accomplish'. ASSHOLE!
